Due to the unprecedented situation caused by the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, all NHS hospitals and major private hospitals are closed to urology services, apart from emergency and cancer services (even those with limitations). We recognise people can suffer from other problems affecting the urinary and genital organs that could cause significant pain, distress and concern. To help such patients, we are providing private services for those who require earlier care for urological problems. We are fully open, and services are provided as usual, though with recommended protective measures including appropriate screening, social distancing and wearing a face mask by all staff, patients and all visitors to the clinic You need to think carefully about the risks of contracting corona virus infection if leaving home, particularly so if you are aged above 70 or have any vulnerable conditions. If you are isolating due to fever or because a family member is isolating, please do not attempt to visit our clinic. If you have any concerns, please call us first, and we will be able to advise. We may not be able to offer any major surgical procedures requiring anaesthesia until the private hospitals reopen for routine procedures. However, we may be able to help you in the meantime with the available treatment options. If you would like a private consultation or opinion with a urologist, please call us.
