Bed-wetting

This is a self limiting condition but can be very distressing for the children and parents

Acute scrotal pain

The common conditions that cause acute pain in the scrotum are:
Torsion of the testis
Acute epididymitis
Twist of the appendage to the testis.

Childhood scrotal swellings

Childhood hydrocele, childhood hernias, cysts can present with scrotal swellings in children

Childhood Urinary Infections

Childhood urinary infections should be assessed to exclude any underlying abnormalities and treated promptly

Blood in the Urine (Haematuria)

Visible/Non-visible Haematuria

Presence of visible bleeding  or non-visible blood detected by urine tests can be a manifestation of some significant underlying problems that need to be checked without any delay

This can range from tight foreskin that is present in 5% of children by age 4 to serious conditions affecting the foreskin in the adults

Scrotal swelling can be due to benign swellings that can be  painless or painful or malignant causes
